Welcome to Mentoring Through The Maze. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mentoring services, and related digital tools. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Mentoring Through The Maze offers individual and group mentoring sessions, digital journaling tools, self-reflection resources, and downloadable content for emotional, spiritual, and personal growth. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified mental health professional or an emergency service.

2. Eligibility

To access our mentoring services, you must:
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have the legal capacity to enter a contract
  • Disclose any relevant emotional, mental health, or risk-related concerns that may impact the mentoring relationship
We reserve the right to refer clients to alternate support where needs fall outside the scope of mentoring.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • All sessions are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online or by direct contact.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at full session rate.
  • If a session needs to be rescheduled due to illness or unforeseen events, we will do our best to accommodate a new time.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Session fees are listed clearly on the website or provided upon enquiry.
  • Payment is required before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Payment methods are through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others
  • Disclosure is required by law (e.g., subpoena, mandatory reporting)
